It holds true across the board: maybe you keyed relocation specifics into the estimate widget, maybe you phoned our Houston office to hash things out, or maybe you just skimmed a page or two before heading off.
The company standing behind this site
Everything here is run by All Some Movers, a registered Texas household-goods carrier whose office sits at 2500 Summer St, Suite 2110, Houston, TX 77007. Got a worry about a record we hold? Hard limits we set for ourselves
Offering up your information for money is flatly something we refuse. Funneling it over to a brokerage is just as forbidden. Your phone line will not get peddled to rival crews working the same metro, nor will it ever surface on a lead exchange.
Exactly what gets recorded
Information lands with us by two routes. Some of it you knowingly type or speak as part of pricing a relocation. The rest is the quiet technical bookkeeping every website performs automatically.
From the estimate request or a phone conversation:
- The name you go by, a number for the callback, and, only if you opt to include one, an email address
- Pickup and drop-off ZIPs, your target day, the bedroom tally, and any heads-up you add such as a needed insurance certificate or a community gate code
Logged on its own by the server:
- The connecting IP, whatever browser made the request, and a record of which pages were opened
Each piece earns its place: your contact and job specifics let Alicia assemble and send back the firm figure, while the server log merely keeps the pages running and gives us a rough read on visitor volume. No advertising pixel from an outside firm sits anywhere across this domain. A lone counter designed around visitor anonymity sketches nothing more than the wide contours of traffic, and switching your browser’s Do Not Track toggle to on takes you out of even that tally.
The purpose it serves
The whole point is a tight four-link chain of work: price the job, secure the date, perform the move, then loop back once.
- Building the firm figure, then routing it to your inbox or phone
- Marking your chosen day on the schedule the instant you give a go-ahead
- Carrying out the move, which takes in assigning a crew, filing a tower insurance certificate wherever one is called for, locking down elevator time, and squaring away the gate code or the HOA-approved moving slot
- Sending a quick one-time note once the job is done to find out how the day went
The shelf life of your records
How long anything survives hinges on a single fact: was the relocation ultimately reserved and carried through, or not?

The handful of others with access
Access stays limited to the small set a completed relocation genuinely calls for:
- Movers on our payroll, each one screened through a background check ahead of any job
- An insurance carrier examining a freight claim, on the rare occasion such a dispute surfaces
- A leasing office or homeowners association requesting an insurance certificate or gate clearance, looped in strictly once you have said yes
- Government regulators where statute compels disclosure, meaning the IRS for tax matters plus the TxDMV and the FMCSA on the transport side
Marketing platforms, broker exchanges, list resellers, and competing crews are shut out entirely.
The safeguards around your records
Whatever you send crosses the wire under HTTPS encryption and settles into a CRM sealed behind a login nobody can open without the right credentials.
- At no stage does your data move across a plain, unsecured connection
- Not a byte of it is parked anywhere the open internet is able to browse to
- Were a breach ever to occur, each affected person hears from us inside the deadlines Texas law and the relevant federal statutes establish
Phone calls, texts, and switching contact off

How to stop hearing from us
- Text: Fire back STOP on anything we text you and you drop off, usually before that business day wraps.

Requests you are free to make

- A copy
- Ask to see the entire set of what presently sits on file under you.
- A correction
- Flag whatever looks off, and the record gets fixed.
- A deletion
- Request that your details be wiped at whatever point fits, the single carve-out being entries that our seven-year requirement on finished work, together with federal bookkeeping, obliges us to retain.
California rights (CCPA / CPRA)
Anyone living in California gains several additional entitlements courtesy of the state’s CCPA and CPRA framework:
- Asking which buckets of personal detail have been logged on you
- Calling for erasure, as far as the law happens to allow
- Declining to have your data sold, though no such transaction ever occurs here
- Facing zero penalty for exercising a single one of these
