Flat bands cover most homes here: $400 to $650 for a studio, $650 to $1,050 for a one-bedroom, $1,050 to $1,750 at two bedrooms, $1,750 to $2,850 at three, and $2,800 to $4,400 at four. Want it hourly instead? Two movers are $120/hr, three are $165/hr, four are $215/hr. If your closings leave a gap, climate-controlled storage runs roughly $110 to $260 a month by size, keeping your boxes out of the summer humidity. An upright piano adds $280 to $450 and a baby grand $480 to $820, both rolled straight into the quote.
